1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Delivery Time All orders are delivered within 5–8 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

5. Packaging All Yakut pieces are carefully packaged in our signature luxury packaging to ensure safe delivery and a premium unboxing experience.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at YakutJew@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

8. Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Yakut is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
