Return & Refund Policy — Yakut

At Yakut, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date. After this period, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
In the original packaging with all tags attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized jewelry (engraved or made-to-order pieces)
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Sale or discounted items (final sale)
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at YakutJew@gmail.com, within the return window, including your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
